Scoring guide

How Ovvash Score works

Your daily score is a number from 0 to 100 that reflects how well you showed up across habits, tasks, study, and workouts.

The formula

Each day, Ovvash looks at what you had scheduled and what you completed. Domains with nothing scheduled are skipped — they do not count against you.

Step 1 — Domain score

For each active domain, divide completed items by scheduled items and multiply by 100. The result is rounded to a whole percentage.

Step 2 — Daily score

Your Ovvash Score is the average of every domain that had at least one scheduled item that day. The final score is rounded to a whole number.

Example: 75% habits + 100% tasks + 50% study, with no workouts scheduled → (75 + 100 + 50) ÷ 3 = 75 points.

What counts in each domain

Four areas feed your daily score. Only items scheduled for that calendar day are included.

Habits

Every habit that is active on that day of the week counts toward your habits score.

  • A habit counts as completed when you meet or exceed its daily target.
  • Archived habits and habits not scheduled for that weekday are excluded.

Tasks

Tasks with a deadline on that date are included in your tasks score.

  • Only tasks marked done count as completed.
  • Tasks without a deadline on that day do not affect the score.

Study

Study sessions planned or completed on that date count toward your study score.

  • Planned sessions use their scheduled date; completed sessions use the date you logged them.
  • Each session counts as one item — complete it to earn credit.

Workouts

Workouts from your weekly fitness plan on that day count toward your workouts score.

  • Log a planned workout to mark it complete. Ad-hoc logs count when no plan exists for that day.
  • If nothing is planned and nothing is logged, the workouts domain is skipped entirely.

Worked example

Suppose one day you complete 3 of 4 habits, 2 of 2 tasks, 1 of 2 study sessions, and have no workouts scheduled.

Habits
3/4 = 75%
Tasks
2/2 = 100%
Study
1/2 = 50%
Workouts
Nothing scheduled

When no score appears

If you have no habits active, no tasks due, no study sessions, and no workouts scheduled for a day, Ovvash Score shows a dash (—) instead of a number. Add items to your apps and the score will appear automatically.
