Ovvash

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 25, 2025

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ovvash, including our website, apps, and related services. By creating an account or using Ovvash, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Ovvash responsibly, only for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not harm the platform, its infrastructure, or other users. You must not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer the platform without permission, or upload malicious code.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for the information you provide when registering, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide a valid email address and keep it verified. Notify us promptly through Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Ovvash service

Ovvash is a personal productivity and life-tracking platform that may include modules such as habits, tasks, study, fitness, diet, expenses, and platform tools like Today and Ovvash Score. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time. Some modules may be marked as coming soon and are not guaranteed to be available on any particular date.

Trials and subscriptions

Ovvash may offer a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, and trial length are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. If payment fails or a subscription ends, we may limit or suspend access to paid features.

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Ovvash, such as habit names, task lists, workout logs, meal entries, and notes. You grant Ovvash a limited license to store, process, display, and back up that content solely to operate and improve the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content you add.

Habit limit

Each account may have up to 100 habits in total, including active and archived habits. If you already have 100 habits, you must archive or remove an existing habit before creating a new one. Ovvash may enforce this limit automatically.

Data retention

Ovvash stores your tracking data so you can view progress across dashboards and history views. Habit completion records and related daily tracking data older than one year may be permanently deleted during routine maintenance. When data is removed, it will no longer appear in your dashboard, history views, or public profile. Habit definitions are not removed solely because they are old, but linked completion data older than one year may be deleted. Do not rely on Ovvash as your only long-term archive of records older than twelve months.

Public profiles

If you enable or share a public profile, selected information such as your display name and habit progress may be visible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for what you choose to share publicly. Do not share links if you do not want others to view that information.

Third-party sign-in

You may sign in or link your account using Google or Facebook when those options are enabled. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. Ovvash receives basic profile information from the provider, such as your name, email address, and profile photo, to create or connect your account.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Ovvash if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or if required by law. You may stop using Ovvash at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Disclaimer

Ovvash is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Tracking modules related to health, diet, fitness, medicine, or medical information are for personal organization only and are not medical advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health, financial, or legal decisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Ovvash after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
