We want you to love Ovvash. If it isn't right for you, this policy explains how refunds work. It's part of our Terms of Service.
Try before you buy
Every new user gets a 1-month limited Pro trial, and no payment card is needed to start it. You're never charged for the trial, so you can explore Ovvash before deciding to pay. Our Free plan, with all modules and no AI, is free forever.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee
- First purchase: if you're not happy with a new paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the payment date.
- Renewals: if your subscription renews and you didn't mean to keep it, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the renewal payment date.
No complicated forms, and you don't have to give a reason (though we'd love to hear how we can do better).
When a refund is approved, your subscription is cancelled and your account moves to the Free plan. Your data stays in your account. You simply lose access to paid features such as AI.
How to request a refund
Who handles payments? Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes payments and issues refunds. You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Email us at support@ovvash.com from your account email address. Include the email used at checkout and, if you have it, your order number from your Paddle receipt. We'll pass approved requests to Paddle.
- Contact Paddle directly using the link in your purchase receipt email, or via paddle.net.
Refunds are made to your original payment method. Once processed, it can take several business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
After 14 days
After the 14-day window, payments are generally not refundable, including for partly used billing years. You can still cancel anytime to stop the next renewal, and you'll keep paid access until the end of the billing year you've paid for.
We may still consider refunds outside the window on a case-by-case basis, for example if you were charged by mistake or there was a serious technical problem we couldn't fix.
Things to know
- Cancelling is not the same as a refund. Cancelling stops future renewals. To get money back for a recent payment, request a refund within 14 days.
- Abuse. We may decline refunds where there's clear evidence of fraud or abuse of this policy (for example, repeatedly buying and refunding).
- Your legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including consumer protection laws. If you're in the EEA or UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days; our money-back guarantee is designed to meet or exceed that right.
- Paddle's terms. Purchases are also covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms).
